We neither ask for nor collect any information that would personally identify you,
should you choose to use the eligibility tool. Any information that you provide in
the course of using the eligibility tool is used only to determine your potential
eligibility for available services and programs. No information is stored in our
system. Once you close your browser, any information provided will be gone.
Should you choose to contact us, however, your name, email address and any
information provided in the text of the contact message will be collected and
stored similar to any email that is sent to a County employee.
